Supporting Your Well-Being with Counselling

Tanzi has been in the counselling field for over 10 years and has been an educator for 20 years. She currently is an instructor at Lethbridge College and is nearing completion of a PhD in Neuroscience.  Tanzi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lethbridge,  a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Counselling degree from Gonzaga University.  Her passion is trauma and how it impacts mental and physical health.  She is a Registered Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor.  

Tanzi incorporates a wide variety of therapeutic theories and techniques into sessions, depending on client need.  

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. 

Our experience enables us to offer effective, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. Services are provided by registered and professionally trained therapists, that uphold high ethical standards.
